COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fci Fluid Components HT66 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fincor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hamamatsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fincor such as the 105325002TachFDBK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XM36410342700OL30 manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R26803AX9393 by Manufacturer Hamamatsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Guardstar Brand BM10007015CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gems such as LS800 equipment made by Gems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS10 made by Filter-Sense as well as the popular HE201 original spares produced by Fujinon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 28157607 by Heidenhain and LS800 spares by Gems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PDCR2200A145 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
